Three tiny ways to eat light when you’re on the run.

Take these 3 things with you when you’re running errands or anytime you’ll be away from the safety net of your fridge stocked with healthy foods…
1.  Roasted almonds.

  • Keep a can in the car.
  • Great breakfast on the go.
  • Anytime you are late getting to a meal.
  • Fill up on them before you eat out so you can eat less restaurant food.

Just a handful makes a serving (about 23 almonds).

2. Individually wrapped cheese. Lowfat cheddar or mozarella string cheese.

3. Water, water, water.
