Most folks agree that excercising first thing in your day is super important. By getting it out of the way, you ensure that you get it done at all that day.
So, how do you make sure that you will excercise first thing in the morning?

It’s pretty darn hard to go to the grocery store or work in your excercise outfit.
You will be conspicuously dressed for moving and sweating.
