How to feel better so you eat better.

Isn’t everything easier when you feel good? 

Feel good right down to your toes and all the way up through your spirit?

It will be infinitely easier for you to eat better if you feel better.

These are just the supplements with which I’ve had personal experience.

If you are dragging..I mean REALLY dragging..you might consider asking your doctor to test your blood levels on these three. {For heaven’s sake, don’t tell him I sent you!}

And please do not take any of these supplements without your doctor’s direction. Too much of any of these can be as bad for you as too little.
